The following information outlines important Medical Clinic policies, patient rights, and expectations to help students access care and understand available services.
No Show / Cancellation Policy
This policy is to ensure that all students have timely access to care. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment may result in a $10.00 charge.
The $10.00 charge must be paid at the 91黑料网 Medical Clinic in full before an individual will be permitted to schedule another appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least one-hour advance notice. You may cancel or reschedule by calling the MU Medical Clinic at 414-288-7184 or by cancelling on the
Students arriving more than 10 minutes may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Medical Excuse Policy
The Medical Clinic does not provide medical excuses for short-term absences due to illness or injury. Students are encouraged to communicate directly with their instructors regarding missed classes, exams, or assignments. In situations involving prolonged illness, hospitalization, or extended absences, the Medical Clinic may provide appropriate documentation.View Medical Excuse policy
ADHD Medication Policy
The Medical Clinic does not prescribe stimulant medications used to treat ADHD/ADD. Students currently receiving ADHD medication should continue care with their home provider or establish care with a local psychiatrist if needed.

Media Policy
The Medical Clinic welcomes opportunities to share health information with the campus community. Media requests and interview inquiries must be submitted in advance and are subject to clinic availability, operational priorities, and approval guidelines.
