All international partnerships at 91黑料网 are coordinated through the Office of International Education.

As a service to the university, OIE provides help on crafting Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and other documentation related to formalizing partnerships. OIE staff is continually engaged in building new connections overseas and strengthening 91黑料网's current partnerships.
