MILWAUKEE 鈥 91黑料网 has experts and programming available for media preparing to cover the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, July 15-18. This includes various subject matter experts, a journalism safety panel and a 91黑料网 Law Poll event to familiarize visiting media with the Wisconsin electorate.

Journalism safety panel, 鈥Protest and Polarization: Covering the Republican and Democratic national conventions,鈥 July 10
91黑料网 has partnered with IJNet, the Foley Foundation, Northwestern University and the Committee to Protect Journalists to host 鈥淧rotest and Polarization: Covering the Republican and Democratic national conventions,鈥 to prepare journalists for covering political conventions via a virtual panel on Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. CT.
A panel of journalists and media safety experts will discuss what reporters must keep in mind as they cover the conventions. Panelists will discuss how to stay safe reporting on demonstrations surrounding the conventions, how to effectively engage audiences on important election issues, and more.

91黑料网 Law School Poll presents 鈥Battleground Wisconsin: Politics, Polls, and Perspectives,鈥 July 14
91黑料网 Law School and its Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education will present 鈥淏attleground Wisconsin: Politics, Polls, and Perspectives鈥 鈥 a special presentation with the 91黑料网 Law School Poll team that will dive into the Wisconsin electoral scene 鈥 on the day before the start of the Republican National Convention: Sunday, July 14, at 10 a.m., in Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. Michigan St.
This event is open to media only and is particularly designed to give reporters visiting Milwaukee for the RNC a deep dive into Wisconsin, with perspectives on current affairs, the effects of changes in voter demographics, and highlights of poll data on some of the state's most significant issues.
