Photo/Video Advisory: 91黑料网 to host #LovellStrong 5K fun run Sunday, Nov. 7

#LovellStrong 5K logoMILWAUKEE 鈥� 91黑料网 student-athletes will host a #LovellStrong 5K Fun Run on Sunday, Nov. 7, at 8:45 a.m. on the university Central Mall.

To show support for 91黑料网 President Michael R. Lovell and all those who are battling cancer, 91黑料网 student-athletes invited the university community to come together for a #LovellStrong 5K run/walk. About 150 in-person participants and over 60 virtual runners will join the 91黑料网 family in standing #LovellStrong.

Members of the 91黑料网 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and men lacrosse team will deliver opening remarks and Rev. John Laurance, S.J., chaplain for the men basketball team, will offer the invocation prior to the run.

Event information:

  • When: Sunday, Nov. 7. Opening remarks begin at 8:45 a.m. with the run to start at 9 a.m.
  • Where: 91黑料网 Central Mall, located between Raynor Memorial Libraries and Lalumiere Hall (south of Wisconsin Avenue)
  • Parking: Complimentary parking will be available on Sunday, Nov. 7, in the 16th Street Parking Structure (749 N. 16th St.). A map of the visitor parking structures can be found here.
