-Monthly ERG meetings during the academic year

-Collaborate with LGTBQ+ student leaders and the director of LGBTQ+ Resource Center to offer mutual support between both populations of faculty/staff and students.

-Develop inclusive initiatives that draw awareness to our ERG and the LGBTQ+ community on campus.
